Happy 14 weeks!

This week's big developments: Your baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his thumb! Thanks to brain impulses, his facial muscles are getting a workout as his tiny features form one expression after another. His kidneys are producing urine, which he releases into the amniotic fluid around him — a process he'll keep up until birth. He can grasp, too, and if you're having an ultrasound now, you may even catch him sucking his thumb.

In other news: Your baby's stretching out. From head to bottom, he measures 3 1/2 inches — about the size of a lemon — and he weighs 1 1/2 ounces. His body's growing faster than his head, which now sits upon a more distinct neck. By the end of this week, his arms will have grown to a length that's in proportion to the rest of his body. (His legs still have some lengthening to do.) He's starting to develop an ultra-fine, downy covering of hair, called lanugo, all over his body. Your baby's liver starts making bile this week — a sign that it's doing its job right — and his spleen starts helping in the production of red blood cells. Though you can't feel his tiny punches and kicks yet, your little pugilist's hands and feet (which now measure about 1/2 inch long) are more flexible and active.

How your baby's growing:
Fingerprints have formed on your baby's tiny fingertips, her veins and organs are clearly visible through her still-thin skin, and her body is starting to catch up with her head — which makes up just a third of her body size now. If you're having a girl, she now has more than 2 million eggs in her ovaries. Your baby is almost 3 inches long (the size of a medium shrimp) and weighs nearly an ounce.

How your life's changing:
This is the last week of your first trimester, and your risk of miscarriage is now much lower than earlier in pregnancy. Next week marks the beginning of your second trimester, a time of relative comfort for many women who see early pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness and fatigue subside. More good news: Many couples also notice a distinct libido lift around this time. Birth is still months away, but your breasts may have already started making colostrum, the nutrient-rich fluid that feeds your baby for the first few days after birth, before your milk starts to flow.

Yesterday night, before the clock struck 12, we went to East Coast Park, Beach Cabana to celebrate together with Cindy and Constance. I am suffering from running nose since yesterday, can only use my mouth to breathe now, so xing ku, i first time so jia lat. (Sorry zaw zaw, my sexy cleavage fortunately got covered by my hair)


















After that we went home at around 1 plus cos we all felt sleepy. And dear surprise me with our room filled with candles. He trying to burn the room down. Hahaha... I managed to blow candles and make wishes again. This year i got lots of wishes to make. Btw, the photos show that i got a huge watermelon tummy, cos it's my baby hor, not my fats hor!!!!!!!!!

We went to sleep after that, dear bought me a special present this year. Mi mi, cannot tell you all. One of my favorite present in my entire life.



Back to today afternoon. We went to have swensons for lunch.

Finishing the Images of Singapore tour, we proceeded on to the skyride. It's my first time sitting it, so i'm super scared. So high up lor. Pa pa... I scared my shoes drop, cos they are a bit loose.

We left Sentosa at around 6 plus, and went to Ubi to eat with my daddy. Got fatherly and boyfriend love at the same time, so xin fu... Hahaha... And i can't believe i'm still blogging this freaking long post even at the last few seconds of my birthday.

Came back from Indonesia and i instantly fell ill... Was damn sick, having fever and vomiting non stop, felt like dying. Went to KK hospital women's clinic and waited for like 12345678hrs, and i mean it. We from 3.30pm waited until 7.00pm. Imagine i'm in a serious condition, i would have died. Okay not only that, when the doctor examined me, she didn't use the normal ultrasound scan to scan my baby, instead she use a Doppler(device use to hear the baby's heartbeat). Dunno whether is she trained or not, she pressed onto my tummy damn hard using the Doppler and i was like OMFG, you're trying to kill my baby is it? Imagine you squash it's head. My dear say he's heart damn pain when he saw the doctor doing that. Okay never mind, i swear i'm not gonna visit KK hospital again. Now since i came back from Indonesia, i have a phobia of sitting ferries, cos i am so weak nowadays, i got sea sick when i travelled there and back. Felt like dying. T.T And Indonesia is like an ultimate heaven for Smokers, the people there smoke non stop, like smoking grass like that and there's no smoking area, everywhere is smoking area. The moment i smell those smelly cigarette i feel like vomiting. I felt bad for my baby but i have no choice. So i don't think i will be visiting Indonesia for the next coming years until i have settle down in some sense. Haha. Anyway, good news is that dear and i are holding our ROM ceremony next month on the 27th.

Leaving for Indonesia in less than 8 hours. Will be back in 1-2days time.

I've gained a whopping 6kg since my pregnancy so far. 41kg become 47kg, CAN DIE! 1st time seeing my cute peanut in such a more human like form. It's so cute, with hands waving and heart beats that sound like horse galloping. It looks damn cramp inside, like so little space to move, so poor thing, like that can sleep comfortably meh?

7 more days to my birthday!

Today i was loitering alone around Tampines Mrt there de Pasar Malam, when i came across the cute 七仔. It was selling at $11 at one of the stall there, without thinking i bought it, but of cos i ask the uncle to give me some discount. It's super duper ke ai can?

While walking around Tampines Mall with my aunties, i found out that Mini Toons is also selling 七仔s of different sizes, they also have the dead 七仔 soft toy, but their's looks fake.

"BREAKFAST" THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY

So far, i've tried Mcdonald's, Long John Silver's and Burger King's breakfast.

The best so far is BURGER KING! It's a must try, not too oily and not too tasteless. The burger is different so it's soft and has a nice smell.



The 2nd would be Mcdonald's, the all time favorite of everyone. Big breakfast especially. My dear would usually add on another portion of egg.



The worst is Long John Silver. I almost died of oiliness while eating it. And the bread is super duper hard and thick x 10. I eat half piece already full like dunno what. I don't think i will ever eat it again.



In the future i gonna try more breakfast. Last time i use to think that eating breakfast will get fat, so i refrain from eating, but i ate lunch. But i think it's the other way round - tested and proven by myself.

Life is like a routine everyday. A lifeless one. Everyday night i sleep at around 1-2am and wake up at around 1-2pm. A hardcore 12 hours of sleep. Every morning dear wakes up at around 5-6am plus to go for work, he would always kiss me good bye, so i would know that he is going out already and i would continue my sleep. I think i'm getting old, i often wake up in the middle of night to pee. Haha. Anyway, after waking up in the afternoon, i would go to the kitchen to search for food to eat, cakes, maggi mees and whatsover. After that i would go to the computer or the tv to sit there for the whole day till dear comes back late at night. Almost everyday my life repeats like that, except for days when dear has off - the days which i look foward everyday. And due to me getting use to staying at home, i'm totally too lazy to go out. Yesterday dear brought me to Bugis, i walk the whole Bugis street, but there's nothing for me to buy, and i suddenly feel that buying clothes is such a waste of money. -.- Staying at home is good cos you don't have to waste time putting on makeups, and you will therefore have lesser pimples.

Anyway it's 11 more days to my 19th birthday and i haven't decide how to celebrate it. I miss clubbing badly, but i can't go. On 21st March i would be going to Indonesia to visit my mum's tomb, and i'm looking foward to it cos i can finally have a break. By then i will have decent things to update in my blog.


Anyone got jobs to introduce? Preferably stay home or requires little movement and must be near Tampines. 5 days work week, with 8 hours of work everyday. Reasonable pay will do.

Yesterday or rather today morning, i dreamt of buying guinea pigs. I came across these cute cat videos on Youtube just now. They are really freaking kawaii!!

These few days really got nothing to post. I'm at my bf's house everyday, waiting for him to end work come back eat and sleep. Everyday my life repeats, the same way. Yesterday i tried cooking, i realized that cooking trains your arm's muscles, cos you need to stir and fry the food. And hor i spent more than half an hour peeling onions to cook my onion eggs, stupid onions, but too bad my eyes very powderful, i didn't tear. At home everday a bit boring, but i'm too sick to go for work too. Hais, guess i'll rot more at home and do the house work. Haha... Too bad his house got no broom, only got the noisy vacuum cleaner, if not i will help him sweep floor. I starting to feel like an auntie already. Furthermore i have been playing mahjong everyday on viwawa.com. Super fun can? Haha...
